摘要

介绍凌昌全教授治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病（MAFLD）的经验。提出本病早期肝气郁滞、肝郁脾虚，中期气化失常、痰浊凝结，后期痰瘀阻络、肝肾亏虚的病机特点，立足于肝脾气血关系，创制经验方剂甘枣宁，在此基础上分期辨治，坚持个体化和精准用药，通过调摄情志、规律作息、养正辟邪来有效防治MAFLD。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Professor Ling Changquan's experience in treating metabolism-related fatty liver disease （MAFLD） is introduced in this paper. It proposes that the pathogenesis of this disease features early-stage liver qi stagnation and liver-spleen deficiency， mid-stage dysfunction of qi transformation with phlegm and turbidity coagulation and accumulation， and late-stage phlegm-stasis obstructing channels with liver and kidney deficiency. Based on the relationship between qi and blood of the liver and spleen， Professor Ling developed a proprietary formula called Ganzao Ning. The treatment emphasizes staged differentiation and individualized， precise medication， employing emotional regulation， regular routines， and reinforcing healthy qi while dispelling pathogenic qi to effectively prevent and treat MAFLD. A clinical case is also presented.
