摘要

阿尔茨海默病（AD）是老年人群中常见的进行性神经退行性疾病，严重影响患者的正常生活。老年人多身体亏虚，脏腑衰退，易受风邪侵袭而传于心，或因心气血阴阳失调导致气机逆乱而生内风，敦煌本《张仲景五脏论》提出“心风者则好忘”。因此，AD发病的病因主要为心内外风合病，导致心用功能失调进而影响记忆功能。治以补心开窍、化痰祛瘀以免心风内生，调补气血、固本培元以防外风侵袭，佐以防风、川芎等风药平熄内外风，共奏补心定志之功。临证可应用敦煌医方神妙补心丸合疗风虚瘦弱方加减治疗。

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease （AD） is a common progressive neurodegenerative disorder among the elderly， which severely affects the patients' daily lives. Elderly individuals are often characterized by physical weakness and organ degeneration， making them more susceptible to external wind pathogens， which may invade the heart， or internal wind generated due to imbalances in the heart's qi， blood， yin， and yang. ）， it is stated that "heart wind leads to forgetfulness". Therefore， the main etiology of AD is the combined influence of internal and external wind affecting the heart， leading to the heart dysfunction and memory impairment. The treatment should focus on tonifying the heart， opening the orifices， resolving phlegm， and dispelling stasis to prevent the generation of internal wind， while simultaneously tonifying qi and blood， strengthening the body's fundamental essence， and defending against external wind invasion. Herbs such as Fangfeng （Saposhnikoviae Radix） and Chuanxiong （Chuanxiong Rhizoma） are used as assistive medicinals to extinguish internal wind and expel external wind， thereby jointly achieving the effect of nourishing the heart and stabilizing the mind. In clinical practice， the Dunhuang medical formula Shenmiao B

uxin Wan （Divine Elixir to Nourish the Heart） can be used in combination with the Liao Fengxu Shouruo Fang （Formula for Wind Deficiency， Emancipation and Weakness）， with adjustments for treatment.
