摘要

以“心主血脉”与“心主神明”为理论指导，从血、脉、心与神的关系阐述情志病的发病机制。武权生教授认为“血-脉-心-神”功能失调是产后抑郁发病的关键，并从气虚血瘀、神机失用、五脏失和3个方面进行阐述，提出以益气养血、畅脉安神、和调五脏为治疗原则，分析中医药治疗产后抑郁的疗效优势，为中医药治疗产后抑郁提供参考。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Guided by the theory of "the heart dominates blood circulation and vessels" and "the heart controls mental activities"， this paper expounds the pathogenic factors of emotional diseases from the relationship between blood， vessels， heart and mental. Professor Wu Quanshen points out that the dysfunction of "blood-pulse-heart-spirit" is the core pathogenesis of postpartum depression， and it is expounded from three aspects： deficiency of qi and blood stasis， loss of nourishing mind and loss of machine ， loss of five internal organs. It is proposed that the treatment principle of invigorating qi， nourishing blood， smoothing pulse， calming nerves and regulating five internal organs is the curative effect advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating postpartum depression， and providing reference for treating postpartum depression with traditional Chinese medicine. And a proven case is presented.
