摘要

介绍李璟教授运用扫散针法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床经验。李教授认为带状疱疹后遗神经痛的病因在于瘀热余毒未清，日久稽留于孙络和浮络，导致气津耗伤，加之前期治疗过程中伤阴耗血，使得络脉枯涩，不荣则痛，故提出从络论治，以营运气血、养络止痛为原则，采用一次性环柄毫针尾部行扫散针法。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This article introduces Professor Li Jing's clinical experience in treating postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） using the sweeping needling technique. Professor Li believes that the etiology of PHN lies in the unresolved stasis， residual heat and toxins that have not been cleared， which over time become stagnant in the grandchild collaterals and superficial collaterals， leading to consumption and damage of qi and body fluids. Additionally， previous treatment may have depleted yin and blood， causing the collaterals to become dry and unmoisturized. If the collaterals are not well nourished， pain occurs. Therefore， Professor Li advocates for a treatment strategy based on collaterals， with the principles of nourishing and circulating qi and blood， and nourishing the collaterals to alleviate pain. The needle tails of disposable， ring-handle needles are used to perform the sweeping needling technique. One clinical case is also presented for illustration.
