摘要

通过对中医术语“去性存用”的研究，认为“去性存用”的本质是“药对”，属于中药配伍规律的范畴，是中药配伍中的一种特殊现象，是七情配伍用药的补充和进一步发展；发展到方剂组方层面，表现为“佐制药”这一“角色关系和职责分工”，同时厘清了其学术渊源，建议常用名为“去性存用”，以规范中医术语的使用。

Abstract

Through careful study of the Chinese medicine name term "constraining nature and remaining function"， this article believes that the essence of "constraining nature and remaining function" is "couplet medicines"， which belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility laws and is a special phenomenon in traditional Chinese medicine compatibility. It is a supplement and further development of the seven emotions compatibility medication. At the level of formula formulation， it manifests as the role relationship and division of responsibilities of "adjuvant medicine". At the same time， its academic origins have been clarified， and it is recommended to commonly use the name "constraining nature and remaining function"， which standardizes the use of traditional Chinese medicine terminology.
