摘要

综述中药调控铁死亡治疗代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病（MASLD）的研究进展。铁死亡与多种疾病的发病机制紧密相关，尤其是MASLD。铁死亡的特征在于铁代谢紊乱、脂质过氧化以及胱氨酸-谷氨酸反向转运蛋白/还原型谷胱甘肽/谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4（System Xc

/GSH/GPX4）轴的失衡，这些过程共同推动了细胞的死亡。此外，抑癌基因蛋白53（P53）、线粒体和内质网应激也在铁死亡中扮演着关键角色。在MASLD的背景下，铁死亡的激活可能参与了疾病的进展，而中药通过靶向铁死亡相关途径展现出对MASLD的潜在治疗作用。

Abstract

The research progress on the regulation of ferroptosis by traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease （MASLD） is reviewed. Ferroptosis is closely related to the pathogenesis of various diseases， especially MASLD. The characteristic of ferroptosis lies in iron metabolism disorders， lipid peroxidation， and the imbalance of the cysteine-glutamate antiporter/reduced glutathione/glutathione peroxidase 4 （System Xc

/GSH/GPX4） axis， which collectively drive cell death. Additionally， P53 protein （P53）， mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum stress also play key roles in ferroptosis. In the context of MASLD， the activation of ferroptosis may be involved in the progression of the disease， and traditional Chinese herbal medicine has shown potential therapeutic action for MASLD by targeting ferroptosis-related pathways.
