摘要

基于络病理论探讨哮喘气道重塑的病机与治疗。气道重塑是哮喘的重要病理特征，是哮喘迁延难愈的主要原因。哮喘气道重塑与络病关系密切，痰浊、瘀血痹阻肺络是其主要病机，络虚不荣贯穿疾病全程，通络是哮喘气道重塑的主要治疗原则。

Abstract

The paper mainly discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of airway remodeling in asthma based on the theory of collateral diseases. Airway remodeling is an important pathological feature of asthma and the main reason why asthma delay is difficult to cure. Asthma airway remodeling is closely related to collateral disease. The main pathogenesis is phlegm turbidity and blood stasis blocking lung collaterals. Collateral deficiency running through the whole course of the disease and collateral dredging is the main treatment principle.
