Zhang Liping's experience in treating refractory acne from spleen and stomach
This paper introduced Professor Zhang Liping's experience in treating refractory acne from the spleen and stomach. Professor Zhang finds that the etiology of refractory acne patients is often characterized by weakness of the spleen and stomach. When the spleen and stomach are not in charge of transportation and transformation, and there is insufficient ascending and descending of clearing and turbidity, the skin loses nourishment and the skin is blocked, while inside the skin, yin fire grows internally and is inflamed on the surface, resulting in acne, which is an evidence of deficiency in the interior and solidity on the surface. The treatment of refractory acne is to replenish the deficiency of spleen qi and clear the ambient yang on the surface. On the basis of replenishing the spleen and regulating the qi, clearing and diarrhea in the surface of the "real" evil, stopping the disease, and then taking care of the spleen and stomach to prevent the recurrence of the disease, the good clinical effect is obtained. And a proven case is presented.
