Research progress on mechanism of nourishing qi and warming yang, activating blood and diverting water of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic heart failure
This article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy of chronic heart failure by using treatment of nourishing qi and warming yang, activating blood and diverting water, which based on the traditional Chinese pathogenesis of yang qi weakness, heart blood stasis, water stopping. And the research shows that the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of chronic heart failure is significant, and the mechanism is mainly related to improving myocardial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling, regulating the oxidative stress response, improving hemodynamic disorders and myocardial energy metabolism, intervening related signaling pathways, and relieving diuretic resistance.
