Clinical experience of Chinese medical master Zhou Zhongying in differentiation and treatment of pulmonary heart disease
This paper introduces the clinical experience of Chinese medical master Zhou Zhongying in differentiation and treatment of pulmonary heart disease. According to the method of syndrome differentiation in pathogenesis, professor Zhou believes that the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary heart disease is phlegm and blood stasis blocking lung and deficiency of qi and yin, phlegm and blood stasis are the core pathological factors, and the disease locations involve lung, heart, spleen and kidney, forming a complex pathogenesis characteristic of deficiency and solid, multiple causes and multiple organs. Professor Zhou often uses compound method, method random turn, hybrid to treat. In order to realize the flexible principle according to the different pathogenesis of clinical differentiation and treatment, the combination of prescription and medicine is multi-purpose and multi-effect coordination.
