摘要

介绍王见义教授运用六味消痞方治疗胃痞的经验。认为胃痞的病机以脾胃运纳失司、中焦气机壅滞为主，核心病机为脾虚痰阻气滞。临床以制厚朴、佛手、紫苏梗、鸡内金、炒谷芽、炒麦芽组方，即六味消痞方，适用于脾虚痰阻气滞之胃痞证，收效甚佳。并举验案2则。

Abstract

This paper introduces the experience of professor Wang Jianyi in treating gastric distension with Liuwei Xiaopi Prescription. It is believed that the pathogenesis of gastric distension lies in the dysfunction of spleen and stomach transportation， and the stagnation of qi in the middle jiao. The core pathogenesis is spleen deficiency， phlegm obstruction， and qi stagnation. In clinical practice， Liuwei Xiaopi Prescription is formulated， which contains Zhi Houpo （Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex Preparatum）， Foshou （Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus）， Zisugeng （Perillae Caulis）， Jineijin （Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum）， Chao Guya （Setariae Fructus Germinatus Tostum） and Chao Maiya （Hordei Fructus Germinatus Tostum）. It is suitable for treating gastric distension caused by spleen deficiency， phlegm obstruction， and qi stagnation. Remarkable results have been achieved. Two proven cases are presented.
