摘要

以“辛味宣壅”之法为理论基础，谨守病机探究辛味药在抑郁症治疗中的应用。中医学认为“壅”是抑郁症发生的关键病机，即郁、痰、瘀、火、虚，虚实夹杂；“辛”味属阳而性最动，宣通之力较强，能散壅滞；“宣可去壅”即采用宣散之法疗壅滞之病，是契合抑郁症病机的治本之法。

Abstract

Taking the method of “acrid diffusing congestion” as the theoretical basis， the application of acrid herbs in the treatment of depression was investigated by observing the pathogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that “congestion” is the key pathogenesis of depression， including depression， phlegm， blood stasis， fire and deficiency， mixing with deficiency and excess； “Acrid” is yang in taste and the most dynamic in nature， and has a strong power of propagation， which can disperse congestion； “Diffusing formula treating congestion” is to use the diffusing formula to treat congestion diseases， which is in line with the pathogenesis of depression.
