摘要

综述中药单体化合物调控核因子-κB （NF-κB）信号通路干预类风湿关节炎的研究进展。NF-κB存在于多种细胞内，参与类风湿关节炎的发生发展，中药单体化合物通过抑制NF-κB通路的激活，调节靶基因的转录，影响细胞增殖、存活及炎症因子表达等多种生物学行为，发挥抗炎、免疫调节、骨保护等治疗作用。

Abstract

The research progress on the regulation of nuclear factor-κB （NF-κB） signaling pathway in rheumatoid arthritis by monomeric compounds of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed. NF-κB is presented in a variety of cells and involved in the development of rheumatoid arthritis. By inhibiting the activation of NF-κB pathway， monomeric compounds of traditional Chinese medicine regulate the transcription of target genes and affect various biological behaviors such as cell proliferation， survival and expression of inflammatory factors， and play a therapeutic role in anti-inflammatory， immune regulation and bone protection.
