Liang Linjiang's experience in treating complex anal fistula
This paper introduces Liang Linjiang's experience in treating complex anal fistula. Before the surgery, the condition is assessed based on the condition of the fistula tract to choose the appropriate timing for the surgery. During the surgery, flexible selection of techniques such as seton placement, bridging, truncation, and incision is used, and the specific operations vary depending on the case and the individual. After the surgery, importance is placed on wound dressing change and wound cleanliness, and the use of powder and fumigants for topical application, as well as herbal prescription for oral intake is coordinated to accelerate wound healing, resulting in significant therapeutic effects. One proven case is presented.
