摘要

介绍梁林江治疗复杂性肛瘘的经验。术前根据瘘管征象评估病情，选择恰当的手术时机；术中灵活选用挂线、过桥、截断、切开等手术方式，具体操作时随证应变、因人而异；术后重视换药，注重创面清洁，配合使用散剂、熏洗剂及内服方药加速创面愈合，疗效显著。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Liang Linjiang's experience in treating complex anal fistula. Before the surgery， the condition is assessed based on the condition of the fistula tract to choose the appropriate timing for the surgery. During the surgery， flexible selection of techniques such as seton placement， bridging， truncation， and incision is used， and the specific operations vary depending on the case and the individual. After the surgery， importance is placed on wound dressing change and wound cleanliness， and the use of powder and fumigants for topical application， as well as herbal prescription for oral intake is coordinated to accelerate wound healing， resulting in significant therapeutic effects. One proven case is presented.
