摘要

介绍苏励教授从瘀论治类风湿关节炎的经验。认为本病发病源于正气虚于内，邪气乘虚入，致使气血不通，经脉痹阻；治疗时始终不离“瘀”的病机，将活血化瘀法贯穿疾病治疗的始终。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This article introduces the experience of Professor Su Li in treating rheumatoid arthritis （RA） from stasis. It is held that the pathogenesis of RA lies in the deficiency of healthy qi in the interior， and that's when pathogenic qi can settle in， resulting in obstruction of qi and blood and thereafter blockage of channels and meridians. The treatment should always focus on the pathogenesis of “stasis”， using the method of activating blood and resolving stasis throughout the whole disease course. One proven case is provided.
