摘要

青少年特发性脊柱侧凸（又称“脊柱侧弯”）是一种原因尚不明确的脊柱三维空间发生弯曲、旋转的疾病。中医手法治疗本病疗效肯定，具体应用时当以中医辨证论治为指导思想，整体施治，根据病情选择合适的手法，并结合导引在侧凸早期进行手法干预。此外，还应加强脊柱健康知识普及，引导青少年形成良好的生活习惯。

Abstract

Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis （AIS） is a disease characterized by a three-dimensional curvature and rotation of the spine， whose cause is not yet known. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） manipulation on AIS is certain， and its specific application should be guided by the concept of syndrome differentiation-based treatment， and follow the rules of holistic treatment， selection of appropriate manipulation according to the disease condition， and manipulation intervention together with Daoyin in the early stage of scoliosis. In addition， the popularization of spinal health knowledge should be boosted to guide adolescents to form good living habits.
