摘要

通过阐述“脑-心-肾-精室”轴的理论内涵，认为阳痿是由于脑、心、肾等脏腑功能失调致精室失用引起；提出解郁宁神、补肾益气的治疗原则，总结协定针刺处方治疗阳痿的经验和体会。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper explains the theoretical connotation of the “brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber” axis， emphasizes that impotence is caused by the dysfunction of the essence chamber as the brain， heart， kidney and other internal organs cannot function properly， proposes the treatment principle of relieving depression and tranquilizing the mind， tonifying the kidneys and benefiting the qi， and summarizes the experience in negotiating the acupuncture prescription for impotence. One proven case is presented.
