摘要

基于历代本草典籍，系统考证天冬的基源、道地产地及功效主治。结合现代科学技术对天冬有效成分的研究成果，探讨古籍中记载的天冬药用功效的药理学依据，以期为天冬的临床应用和制剂开发提供文献依据。

Abstract

This study conducted a systematic textual research on the origin， genuine producing areas and efficacy of Tiandong （Asparagi Radix） by referring to the classics of Bencao of past dynasties. The pharmacological basis of the medicinal efficacy of Tiandong （Asparagi Radix） recorded in the classics was discussed in view of modern scientific research on the active components of Tiandong （Asparagi Radix）， with the aim of providing a literature basis for its clinical application and new preparation development.
