摘要

从依据经典辨证论治、临证鉴别重视舌诊、施方用药重视补益精气、注重辨病与辨证相结合等4个方面，介绍徐振晔教授治疗基因无突变晚期非小细胞肺癌的临证经验，并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduced Xu Zhenye’s clinical experience in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer without gene mutation from four aspects： syndrome differentiation according to the classical books， emphasizing tongue diagnosis in differential diagnosis， reinforcing tonifying essence and qi in prescription， paying attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. And one proven case was presented.
