摘要

肝性脑病是因肝功能严重障碍、门静脉体循环分流异常、代谢异常等所致的中枢神经系统功能失调，常表现为不同程度的神经精神异常，属中医“臌胀”“积聚”“黄疸”“神昏”等范畴。桃核承气汤证的主症为腹痛伴如狂，临床用于治疗肝性脑病常获佳效。从“肝通阳明”角度探讨桃核承气汤治疗肝性脑病的机制。

Abstract

Hepatic encephalopathy is a disorder of the central nervous system caused by severe liver dysfunction， abnormal portal venous circulation and metabolic abnormalities. It often manifests with different degrees of neuropsychiatric abnormalities， and belongs to the categories of “tympanites”， “abdominal mass”， “jaundice” and “unconsciousness” in traditional Chinese medicine. The main indication of Taohe Chengqi Decoction is abdominal pain with madness. Therefore， it is often used clinically to treat hepatic encephalopathy with good therapeutic results. The mechanism of Taohe Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy is discussed from the perspective of “the liver connecting with Yangming”.
