摘要

蓝莓作为药食两用植物在我国已被大面积栽培并且开发利用，其主要应用部位为果实，但蓝莓种植过程中，蓝莓叶作为蓝莓的副产物同样具有丰富的药理活性，其主要成分为多酚，根据其结构特点可分为酚酸类、黄酮醇类、花青素及原花青素类。重点综述了蓝莓叶化学成分、药理作用及其活性成分提取检测方法的相关研究，分析了其与品种、生长因素及化合物稳定性的相关性。以上工作可为进一步开发利用蓝莓叶提供参考依据。

Abstract

Blueberry （,Vaccinium, spp.） has been widely cultivated and exploited in China， and used for medicine and food dual-purpose. Except blueberry fruits， blueberry leaves as a by-product of blueberry plants also contain extensive and excellent pharmacological activities. Polyphenols， the main constituents of blueberry leaves， can be divided into phenolic acids， flavonols， anthocyanins， and proanthocyanidins. In this article， we reviewed the research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of blueberry leaves and the active ingredient extraction and determination methods， and analyzed their correlations with varieties， growth factors and compounds stability. The aforementioned work can provide a basis for further development and utilization of blueberry leaves.
