Professor Wang Yaoguang’s experience in treatment of chronic kidney disease combined with sleep disorders
The article introduces Professor Wang Yaoguang’s experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease combined with sleep disorders. Professor Wang considers that it is more applicable to treat this disease based on five zang viscera. Different syndromes are divided, including deficiency of liver blood, stagnation of liver qi, fluid retained in heart and lung, deficiency of both heart and spleen, deficiency of kidney yin, deficiency of kidney yang, and deficiency of kidney qi. It is proposed that the treatment based on cause of disease should be combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment, and multiple treatment methods could be applied together. One proven case is presented.
