Wang Xixing’s experience in treatment of prostate cancer based on theory of “treating upper portion for lower disorder, rising first for subsequent descending”
Based on the theory of “treating upper portion for lower disorder, rising first for subsequent descending”, Professor Wang Xixing considers that deficiency of middle qi and lucid yang failing to rise are the key pathogenesis of prostate cancer with deficiency syndrome. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can be used for replenishing middle jiao and strengthening vital qi to tonify qi, products with efficacy of ascending lucidity could be applied for elevating spleen qi and improving qi movement of the whole body, so as to promote qi transformation of san jiao and urination. And one proven case is presented.
