摘要

王晞星教授从“下病上治、欲降先升”理论出发，认为中气亏虚、清阳不升是前列腺癌虚证的关键病机，以补中益气汤补益中焦、扶正益气，用升清之品升提中气、畅达周身气机，从而助三焦气化而通降小便。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Based on the theory of “treating upper portion for lower disorder， rising first for subsequent descending”， Professor Wang Xixing considers that deficiency of middle qi and lucid yang failing to rise are the key pathogenesis of prostate cancer with deficiency syndrome. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can be used for replenishing middle jiao and strengthening vital qi to tonify qi， products with efficacy of ascending lucidity could be applied for elevating spleen qi and improving qi movement of the whole body， so as to promote qi transformation of san jiao and urination. And one proven case is presented.
