摘要

脱出/游离型腰椎间盘突出症具有重吸收的转归趋势，中医药保守治疗可以促进重吸收的进程，本病往往可以首选中医药非手术治疗得到缓解，甚至治愈。探讨了这两类腰椎间盘突出症椎间盘重吸收的发生率、如何预测能否发生重吸收、中医药非手术治疗方案的选择以及治疗风险评估等问题。

Abstract

Prolapsed/sequestrated lumbar disc herniation has a tendency to resorb， and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） conservative treatment can facilitate the process of resorption. The disease can often be relieved or even cured by non-surgical treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. This paper discusses the incidence of disc resorption in these two types of lumbar disc herniation， methods for predicting the occurrence of resorption， selection of non-surgical TCM treatment， and assessment of treatment risks.
