摘要

通过对瘀、毒的含义及其与缺血性脑卒中关系的阐释，从瘀毒微观指标角度探讨其在缺血性脑卒中“未病先防”“既病防变”“病愈防复”中的应用。瘀毒微观指标可作为缺血性脑卒中发生、加重、复发的危险因素、标志物，对于观察缺血性脑卒中发生、发展过程中局部组织微观环境变化具有提示作用，既可以提示和完善缺血性脑卒中的宏观辨证，又可以为脑卒中治疗方案的选择提供参考。

Abstract

By explaining the meaning of blood stasis and toxin and summarizing the relationship between blood stasis， toxin and ischemic stroke， this paper discussed the prevention， treatment and recovery of ischemic stroke from the microscopic indicators of blood stasis and toxin. The microscopic indicators of blood stasis and toxin could be used as risk factors and markers for the occurrence， aggravation， and recurrence of ischemic stroke. These microscopic indicators reflected changes in the micro-environment of regional tissue during the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke. What’s more， these microscopic indicators not only could prompt and improve the macroscopic syndrome differentiation of ischemic stroke， but also provided a reference for the choice of ischemic stroke treatment plan.
