摘要

总结刘平教授基于“肝藏魂”理论辨治肝硬化失眠的临床经验。认为肝硬化失眠的基本病机是肝阴血虚损，魂不守舍；基本治法为滋阴养血，兼顾清热；方用一贯煎加减。并举验案1则。

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to summarize Professor Liu Ping’s clinical experience in the treatment of insomnia with liver cirrhosis based on the theory of “liver storing soul”. It is considered that the basic pathogenesis of insomnia with liver cirrhosis is deficiency of yin and blood of the live and failure of the liver to storing soul. Hence， the basic therapy is enriching yin and nourishing blood as well as clearing heat， and the prescription used is the decoction of modified Yiguanjian. And one proven case is presented.
