摘要

抑郁是帕金森病患者最常出现的非运动症状之一，严重影响患者的生活质量，目前尚无特效治疗方法，中医药在该领域的研究日益受到重视。从中药治疗、中西医结合疗法、中医非药物疗法3个方面综述近年来中医药治疗帕金森病抑郁的研究进展，为本病的临床诊治提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract

Depression is one of the most common non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson’s disease， which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present， there is no specific treatment available. More attention has been directed to the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） research in this field. In order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of depression in Parkinson’s disease， we have reviewed the research progress on TCM treatment of depression in Parkinson’s disease in recent years from three aspects： traditional Chinese herbal medicine treatment， integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy， and TCM non-pharmacological therapy.
