摘要

基于柴胡在现代临床中处方应用现状，通过考证历代本草中有关柴胡的记载，分析古今柴胡的用药情况、来源、产地、功效、归经等，进一步结合现代药理研究、高效液相色谱法等论证，北柴胡更适合用于疏肝解郁，南柴胡更适合用于解表清热，故可初步推断《伤寒论》中所用柴胡为北柴胡。

Abstract

Based on the current status of Bupleuri Radix in modern clinical prescription application，through textual research on the records of Bupleuri Radix in the materia medica of the past dynasties，this paper analyzed the ancient and modern Bupleuri Radix use， source， place of origin， efficacy， meridian， etc.. By further combining modern pharmacology and high performance liquid chromatography analysis， it was found Bupleurum chinense was more suitable for soothing liver and relieving depression，and Bupleurum scorzonerifolium was more suitable for relieving heat．It could be preliminarily inferred that the Bupleuri Radix used in, Treatise on Febrile Diseases ,was Bupleurum chinense．
