摘要

介绍曲环汝主任从“少阳主骨”论治炎性关节病的临床经验。临证发现部分炎性关节病的病因病机为少阳枢机不利，故从“少阳主骨”的理论渊源入手，并将其内涵合理延伸，临证时或宣畅气机、或泻火解郁、或疏通三焦，进而达到疏通全身气机、调和气血津液、舒经通络止痛的目的。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Professor Qu Huanru’s experience in the treatment of inflammatory arthropathies based on “Shaoyang managing bone” was introduced. Professor Qu clinically found that the etiology and pathogenesis of some inflammatory arthropathies were caused by Shaoyang cardinal disadvantage， so he started research from the theoretical origin of “Shaoyang managing bone” and extended the connotation reasonably. During the clinical practice， he might promote the regulation of qi， or reduce the fire to relieve depression， or dredge the triple energizer， and then the purpose of dredging the whole body qi， reconciling qi， blood and fluid， relaxing the meridian， dredging the collaterals and relieving pain could be achieved. A proven case was presented.
