摘要

介绍李秋艳教授治疗老年顽固性失眠的临证经验。认为本病核心病机为天癸枯竭、阴阳失调、情志不遂、瘀血内滞，临床擅长活血化瘀中药的灵活运用，强调治疗应整体辨证，精准用药，重镇安神与养心安神并用，同时主张心肝同治，“双心”同调。并举验案1则。

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore Professor Li Qiuyan’s experience in the treatment of senile intractable insomnia. Professor Li believes that the core pathogenesis of senile intractable insomnia is depletion of Tiangui， imbalance between yin and yang， emotional disorder and internal retention of blood stasis. Professor Li is good at the flexible use of Chinese medicines for activating blood and resolving stasis， emphasizing the treatment based on syndrome differentiation， precise use of Chinese medicines， and the combination of using Chinese medicines for tranquilizing spirit by heavy settling and nourishing the heart to tranquilize spirit， and advocating the simultaneous treatment of the heart and the liver as well as the heart and mind. And two proven cases are presented.
