Optimization of extraction technology of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules based on entropy weight method and Box⁃Behnken response surface methodology
Objective,2,To optimize water extraction technology of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules.,Methods,2,Taking extraction times, extraction time, soaking time and water addition ratio as factors, contents of ferulic acid and hesperidin in water extract and yield of extract as indexes, optimum range of every factors based on single factor test,using information entropy weighting method to determine index weight and calculate comprehensive score, optimum extraction process of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules was optimized by response surface methodology with comprehensive score as evaluation index.,Results,2,The weight coefficients of ferulic acid content, hesperidin content and extract yield obtained by entropy weight method were 0.391 5, 0.337 3 and 0.271 2, respectively;the regression model ,P,<,0.000 1 obtained by response surface design had good predictability.,Conclusion,2,Considering the convenience of actual production, the extraction process of Erchen Sangbei Zhike Granules is determined as adding 13 times water, soaking for 60 min, extracting for 120 min and extracting twice.
