摘要

肾精存在与否和/或功能状态不依赖于任何单独的脏器或组织结构，也不依赖于“生殖之精”及任何局限于局部空间中的物质。中医肾具有隐喻精气充盈程度及损伤程度的尺度作用，肾精、中医肾的存在性质为“概念”。

Abstract

The existence and/or functional state of kidney essence does not depend on any single organ or tissue structure， nor on “reproductive essence” and any material limited to local space. The kidney of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has the scale function of metaphor for the filling or injury degree of essence and qi. The essence of kidney and kidney in TCM belongs to a concept.
