摘要

立足中医病因学角度，探讨内生伏邪的概念、性质和致病特点，举例分析内生伏邪与临床部分疑难杂病病因病机的关系；认为内生伏邪致病的临床治疗重在调理脏腑经络功能，匡扶正气，疏导气血津液代谢，调整伏邪的性质，引导体内伏邪向正气转化。

Abstract

Based on the cause of disease， this paper explored the concept， nature and pathogenic characteristics of endogenous hidden pathogen， and analyzed the relationship between endogenous hidden pathogen and causes of disease and pathogenesis of part of the clinical intractable diseases. On this basis， it was put forward that the clinical treatments of the diseases induced by endogenous hidden pathogens were adjusting the functions of zang-fu and meridian， strengthening and consolidating body resistance， regulating the metabolism of qi， blood and fluid， coordinating the nature of hidden pathogens， and guiding the hidden pathogens to transform into vital qi eventually.
