Expression differences of orexin receptors in related organs of insomnia rats with lung storing no inferior spirit
Objective,2,The aim is to explore the expression differences of orexin receptors in related organs (lung, heart, liver, spleen, kidney, large intestine and brain) between insomnia rats with lung storing no inferior spirit and control rats, so as to enrich the objective experimental basis and the application of five emotion-based classification and diagnosis of insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine.,Methods,2,Sixteen rats were randomly divided into the control group and model group, 8 rats in each group. The insomnia rat model was made by small platform-water environment method. The expressions of orexin receptors (OX1,R, and OX2,R,) in liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney, large intestine and brain were detected by immunohistochemistry.,Results,2,①Compared with the control group, the expressions of OX2,R, in lung tissue, OX1,R, in heart tissue and OX1,R ,and OX2,R, in brain tissue were significantly up-regulated in the model group, with statistically significant differences (,P,<,0.01), but there were no statistically significant differences in the expressions of OX1,R ,and OX2,R ,in spleen tissue between the control group and model group (,P,>,0.01). ②There were no significant expressions of OX1,R, and OX2,R, in liver, kidney and large intestine tissues between the two groups.,Conclusion,2,The expressions of OX1,R, and OX2,R, in brain tissue, OX2,R, in lung tissue and OX1,R, in heart tissue of insomnia model rats are up-regulated, and orexin receptors may be one of the characteristic neurotransmitters in insomnia rats with lung storing no inferior spirit.
