摘要

综述中医药在多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）妊娠期宫内环境所致的表观遗传修饰中的应用现状与展望。从PCOS产前异常宫内环境与胎盘生物学功能及结构的研究现状、表观遗传修饰的研究进展两方面，说明PCOS产前异常宫内环境通过胎盘功能改变促使表观遗传学修饰，表观遗传修饰可能是子代在新生儿期至成年期后一系列疾病出现的主要原因。发展中医药寻找治疗PCOS的方法，达到阻断宫内环境对表观遗传学修饰的作用，降低表观遗传修饰引起的子代遗传特征，成为未来生殖医学重要的使命。

Abstract

This review summarized current studies on how traditional Chinese medicine influenced epigenetic modifications in women with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） during gestation. Studies suggested hyperandrogenic intrauterine environment associate with altered fetal epigenetic modification and placental structure and functions， which in turn caused changes of fetal programming and influences offspring’s health in their adulthoods. Traditional Chinese medicine provided a new target for disease prevention and treatment through reversing altered epigenetic modification induced by hyperandrogenic intrauterine environment in women with PCOS.
