摘要

介绍沈丕安教授治疗原发性干燥综合征的经验。沈教授认为将原发性干燥综合征归属中医“燥痹”范畴有待商榷，认为该病为风、寒、湿、热、痰、瘀、毒加肾虚，“7+1”因素复合致病，以清热解毒、养阴生津为主要治法，并兼顾兼证的治疗。附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduced the experience of professor Shen Pi’an in treating primary Sjogren’s syndrome. Professor Shen considered that it was debatable to attribute primary Sjogren’s syndrome to the category of “dryness arthralgia” in traditional Chinese medicine， he considered that the disease was caused by wind， cold， dampness， heat， phlegm， blood stasis， toxin and kidney deficiency， which were “7+1” factors. The main treatment was clearing heat and detoxification， nourishing yin and promoting fluid， and the treatments of syndromes were considered simultaneously. One proved case was presented.
