摘要

中医临床的遣方用药，先后在热病与杂病的临证中奠基，古今在方法上皆有出新。围绕病、证、症的基本思路，古今的认识有深度与广度的差异，都会影响到遣方用药。中医面对现代临床的种种情况，既要守住传统，也要不断创新。

Abstract

In the clinical treatment of febrile diseases and miscellaneous diseases， the foundation was laid for the clinical prescription and medication of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， and there are innovations in the methods of prescription and medication in ancient and modern times. The differences in depth and breadth in the understanding of diseases， syndromes and symptoms between ancient and modern times also influence the prescription and medication. Therefore， Chinese medicine should not only inherit the tradition， but also innovate incessantly when encountering various modern clinical situations.
