摘要

以“亢害承制”理论为指导，提出原发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）“承制从势”论治观点。认为机体自身拥有的“承制自稳”功能是有效遏制乃至消除ITP“亢害之乱”的重要力量，医疗干预当遵循“从其势，助其力”这一治疗原则。“从其势”是顺承机体“承制自稳”功能之势而直接助其功效，主要方法是“调气血，和血脉”；“助其力”是顺承机体“承制自稳”功能之势而间接助其功效，主要方法是“对症打援”。

Abstract

Based on the theory of “restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony,”,， a viewpoint of “using homeopathy according to rehabilitation mechanism”for the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia （ITP） was proposed. It was believed that the “self-stabilization function of rehabilitation mechanism” of the body itself was the significant force to effectively contain and even eliminate the “harm of excessive disorder” of ITP， and medical intervention should follow the therapeutic principle of “going with the flow and helping its strength”. “Going with the flow” was to directly help the self-stability function of the body by inheriting “self-stabilization function of rehabilitation mechanism”， and the main method was to “regulate qi and blood， reconcile blood and vessels”. “Helping its force” was to indirectly help the self-stability function of the body by inheriting “self-stabilization function of rehabilitation mechanism”， and the main method was to “symptomatic treatment and annihilating reinforcements”.
