Study on syndrome elements of cervical high risk human papillomavirus infection based on factor analysis
Objective,2,To investigate the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements in patients with cervical high risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection, in order to provide the objective evidence for its syndrome differentiation and treatment.,Methods,2,The method of epidemiological study was applied. Four diagnoses and its related information of 210 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection were collected, and the related syndrome essential factors were extracted by factor analysis method.,Results,2,A total of 14 common factors were extracted by factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 75.99%. The results showed that, the main disease location syndrome elements of patients with cervical HR-HPV infection were uterus, spleen, kidney, liver and heart, and the main disease nature syndrome elements were dampness, heat, yang deficiency, qi deficiency, qi stagnation, yin deficiency and blood stasis.,Conclusion,2,The results of factor analysis in this study reflect the main characteristics of the syndrome elements of cervical HR-HPV infection to a certain extent, and have a certain reference value for the syndrome study of this disease.
