摘要

结合颈椎椎间盘突出后重吸收医案1则，简要论述石氏伤科临床诊治神经根型颈椎病的思路与方法。认为应将问诊、触诊、望诊、影像资料有机结合，充分评估患者病情以明确病因病理，严格把握保守治疗与手术治疗的最佳适应证。

Abstract

Combined with a case of reabsorption of protruding nucleus pulposus after cervical disc herniation, this paper briefly discusses the ideas and methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in Shi’s department of traumatology. It is considered that consultation, palpation, observation and imaging data should be organically combined to fully evaluate the patient’s condition in order to clarify the etiology and pathology, and strictly grasp the best indications of conservative treatment and surgical treatment.
