摘要

苦参为常用清热燥湿药，临床上内服多用于治疗湿热实证，外用多用于治疗皮肤病及妇科疾病。苦参含有多种化学成分，且新的化学成分不断被发现。通过查阅CNKI、Web of Science、PubMed、SciFinder、Sci-hub、i-Data、Microsoft Academic、ResearchGate等数据库，追踪自1953年至今的苦参化学成分研究文献，系统整理了苦参化学成分、结构及其取代基，并对具有构效关系化合物的生物活性进行了阐述。苦参的化学成分包括生物碱、黄酮、苯丙素、二苯甲酰基衍生物、萜类、甾体、有机酸、脂肪酸、挥发油等类型，其中生物碱和黄酮类成分是其主要的结构类型，在抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒和抗肿瘤方面均有重要研究价值。

Abstract

Sophorae Flavescentis Radix is a commonly used Chinese medicine for clearing heat and drying dampness, which is mainly used for the treatment of damp-heat syndrome by oral administration, or for skin and gynecological diseases by external application. Sophorae Flavescentis Radix contains a variety of chemical constituents, and some new chemical constituents have been isolated and discovered in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to summarize comprehensively the chemical constituents from Sophorae Flavescentis Radix by searching major scientific databases (CNKI, Web of Science, PubMed, SciFinder, Sci-hub, i-Data, Microsoft Academic, and Research Gate) for information published since 1953, and the bioactivities of some chemical constituents were highlighted in the paper. The chemical constituents from Sophorae Flavescentis Radix consist of alkaloids, flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, dibenzoyl derivatives, terpenoids, steroids, organic acids, fatty acids, and volatile oils, among which alkaloids and flavonoids are the principal chemical types, showing huge research value in antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus and anti-tumor.
