Clinical experience in treatment of insomnia by theory of dispersing fire stagnation
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the clinical experience of using the theory of dispersing fire stagnation in the treatment of insomnia. It is considered that the pathogenesis of insomnia lies in the disharmony of yin and yang, and the fire is an important factor causing the disharmony of yin and yang. In addition to clearing away heat and purging fire, the method of dredging and dispersing internal stagnant heat can quickly dissipate the stagnant heat, which can obviously improve the clinical curative effect by guiding out pathogenic factors according to the situation of the "stagnant fire" . And one proven case is presented.
