摘要

通过方药溯源、痰寒之辨、方义解析、类方衍变对温胆汤主治“胆寒”进行辨析。温胆汤一方三源，主治“胆寒”，然观现今《方剂学》教材多认为其主治“胆胃不和，痰热内扰证”，有由“寒”转“热”之变，并发现方中的生姜用量不减反增，认为温胆汤主治应为“胆痰”，即胃郁胆滞、痰浊内阻证。

Abstract

Through tracing the source of medicine, differentiating between phlegm and coldness, analyzing decoction, comparing similar decoctions, this paper promoted a differentiation and analysis of "gallbladder coldness" , which is the major disease treated by Wendan Decoction. This decoction was once thought to be derived from three ancient books as the main treatment of "gallbladder coldness" . However, most textbooks of "formulas of Chinese medicine" suggested that Wendan Decoction should be mainly used to treat "disharmony between gallbladder and stomach, syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally" . It seemed that the function of the medicine had turned to the opposite, from "coldness" to "heat" . This paper also revealed that ginger dosage had increased during the development of this decoction. Therefore, Wendan Decoction should be regarded as the major decoction for treating "gallbladder phlegm" , a syndrome of stomach depression and gallbladder stagnation, stagnation of endogenous retention of phlegm.
