Discussion on problems related to febrile diseases throughout history
This paper attempted to provide ideas for the study and clinical practice of ,Treatise on Febrile Diseases, by expounding the problems related to febrile diseases throughout history from the following ten aspects: the prevalence of febrile diseases in the late Han Dynasty, the development of diagnosis and treatment pattern of febrile diseases, the progress of syndrome differentiation rules based on the six meridians, the theoretical inheritance of febrile diseases through texts, the doubts on ,Treatise on Febrile Diseases, in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, the confrontation of disease nature between cold and warm in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the cognitive evolution of febrile diseases from a classic concept to an integrated one, the historical echo of modern research on febrile diseases, different name and nature of febrile diseases in different contexts, and the clinical success or failure due to different understanding of febrile diseases in history.
