摘要

目的,2,评价疏肝和胃方治疗肝胃郁热型非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床疗效。,方法,2,将92例非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者随机分为中药组和西药组，每组46例；中药组予以疏肝和胃方及一般治疗措施，西药组予雷贝拉唑及一般治疗措施。两组疗程均为8周，观察临床疗效以及临床症状、焦虑和抑郁状态的变化情况。,结果,2,中药组、西药组总有效率分别为97.83%和84.78%；中药组临床疗效明显优于西药组（,P,<,0.05）。两组临床症状积分治疗后均明显减少（,P,<,0.05）；组间治疗后比较，临床症状积分差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）。中药组、西药组治疗后，HAMA、HAMD积分均有降低，治疗前后差异均具有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）；组间治疗后比较，HAMA、HAMD积分差异均有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05），提示中药组焦虑、抑郁的改善状况优于西药组。,结论,2,疏肝和胃方在改善非糜烂性胃食管反流病患者临床症状及焦虑、抑郁状态方面优于雷贝拉唑。

Abstract

Objective,2,To evaluate the efficacy of Shugan Hewei Decoction in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD)caused by stagnant heat in the liver and stomach.,Methods,2,Totally 92 patients with NERD were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(,n,=46) and Western medicine group(,n,=46). The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Shugan Hewei Decoction and general treatment measures, the Western medicine group with rabeprazole and general treatment measures. The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks, and the clinical efficacy and the changes of clinical symptoms, the condition of anxiety and depression were observed.,Results,2,The total effective rates of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group were 97.83% and 84.78% respectively, and the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that of the Western medicine group(,P,<,0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(,P,<,0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(,P,<,0.05). After treatment, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) in the two groups decreased, and there were significant differences between the two groups, suggesting that the improvement of anxiety and depression in the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that in the Western medicine group.,Conclusion,2,Shugan Hewei Decoction is superior to rabeprazole in improving clinical symptoms, anxiety and depression in patients with NERD.
