综述中药抗焦虑有效成分及作用机制研究进展。中药抗焦虑有效成分主要包括生物碱、黄酮、皂苷、环烯醚萜、挥发油等,其作用机制包括调节单胺类神经递质、氨基酸类神经递质,调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,改善神经元与脑源性神经营养因子,调节免疫功能等。
This paper reviewed the research progress on antianxiety active components and mechanism of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. The effective components of traditional Chinese herbal medicine for antianxiety mainly included alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, iridoid, volatile oil, etc. The mechanism of action included regulating monoamine neurotransmitters and amino acid neurotransmitters, adjusting hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis, improving neuron and brain-derived neurotrophic factor, regulating immune function, and so on.
