摘要

通过对中医大气学说源流和发展的梳理，解析胸中大气助行呼吸的相关医理；结合慢性重度呼吸困难（CSD）的中医病机特点，阐释大气下陷在其发生、发展中的重要作用。在此基础上分析运用益气升陷法治疗CSD的思路，总结升陷汤加减治疗CSD的临床应用。

Abstract

This paper discussed the origin and development of TCM qi theory, and analysed the medical theory of pectoral qi assisting breathing and the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of chronic severe dyspnea (CSD). The close relationship between sinking of pectoral qi and CSD was explained in detail from the consistency of their pathogenesis evolution. Based on the above analysis, this paper summarized the thinking and clinical application of the method of invigorating qi and ascending qi in the treatment of CSD,as well as the clinical application of Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of CSD.
