摘要

综述中药对肺纤维化相关机制调控的实验研究进展。研究发现，中药的经方、复方、单体及有效成分在介导氧化/抗氧化应激、抑制上皮细胞-间充质转化、抑制内质网应激、介导细胞自噬、改善细胞外基质沉积、调节免疫平衡等方面发挥治疗肺纤维化的作用。

Abstract

The research progress on related mechanism regulation by traditional Chinese herbal medicine in pulmonary fibrosis was reviewed. Studies had found that classical prescriptions, compound prescriptions, monomers and active ingredients played a therapeutic role in pulmonary fibrosis on mediating oxidative/anti-oxidative stress, inhibiting epithelial cell-mesenchymal transition, inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress, mediating autophagy, improving extracellular matrix deposition and regulating immune balance.
