Mining medication rules of children with nephrotic syndrome based on the data of modern medical cases
Objective,2,Based on modern medical cases, this paper explored the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for nephrotic syndrome in children and explored the idea of applying high-frequency drugs in combination.,Methods,2,The literature about Chinese medicine treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children from the database of CNKI, CBM, VIP, and Wan Fang data built to April 2020 was used as the data source, and factor analysis, cluster analysis and association analysis of medicines were applied to explore the idea of application of high frequency drugs.,Results,2,Among the 116 prescriptions and 212 Chinese medicines that met the inclusion criteria, most of them were tonifying deficiency medicine. Among them,Poria, Astragali Radix, Alismatis Rhizoma and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma etc. were used more frequently.Most of the channel tropism were spleen, lung and kidney. Using both cold and temperature medicine, the dosage was careful.,Conclusion,2,The treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children should pay attention to the physiological characteristics of children, and the medication should be mainly used to tonify deficiency, often combined with the treatment methods of diuresis, dispelling wind and relieving symptoms, clearing heat and invigorating blood, and astringency and consolidation.
