摘要

结合4则案例，介绍黄煌教授以“方-病-人”临证思维模式运用经方治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床经验，常用方剂包括桂枝茯苓丸、半张防风通圣散、荆防柴归汤、大柴朴汤等。

Abstract

Combined with 4 cases, this paper introduces the clinical experience of Huang Huang in treating chronic urticaria with the classical prescriptions and analyzes his clinical thinking mode of "prescription-disease-human" . The common prescriptions including Guizhi Fuling Capsule, Half Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder, Jingfang Chaigui Decoction, and Large Chaipo Decoction.
